Please Note the Following Conditions:

The conditions below form essential terms of the vehicle hire contract.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms is a condition of hire and the customer is deemed to have accepted them upon submission of the reservation request and non-refundable deposit or payment in full.

NO FOOD, DRINK, GIFTS OR GIFT BASKETS, SMOKING, VAPEING, EATING, DRINKING (EXCEPT FOR WATER WE PROVIDE TO YOU) LUGGAGE, BAGGAGE OR PETS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE LIMOUSINE.

These vehicles are rare and expensive luxury collector vehicles and do not have room or safe space for luggage or baggage (all luggage and baggage must be pre-delivered to your final destination ahead of your event service date). NO ILLEGAL OR IMMORAL ACTIVITY ALLOWED. NO WEAPONS ALLOWED, CONCEALED OR OTHERWISE. WE CAN ONLY TRANSPORT THE PASSENGERS. ALL MINOR CHILDREN MUST RIDE WITH A PARENT. ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO USE SEAT BELTS (IF EQUIPPED). The fines for violation of any of these terms start at $100 per violation (i.e.$100 per bag). For your safety and ours, and to avoid fines, please have one of your guests take any other items (i.e. bags (makeup, overnight or any other), gifts, gift baskets, clothing, etc.) in their vehicle for you.  The ride may be terminated at any time for any reason if the driver feels unsafe or passengers are not listening to and respecting the company’s rules.   We custom quote all job requests. All reservation monies are non-refundable and are due immediately in full unless a payment agreement is reached by both you and us by mutual consent. If you are on a payment plan, full payment is to be made no later than four weeks prior to your event. (We do have a payment plan available at no extra charge to help you budget the cost of your reservation for the limousine. Ask us about it when you call).  No refunds will be made for cancellations you make (no matter how far in advance) once payment is received and the vehicle is reserved. We will not show up for your event if payment is not received in full at least four weeks prior to the event and you will forfeit all monies you have on account with us. We reserve the right (at our discretion) to refuse to provide service if inclement or unsafe weather conditions occur. These conditions include but are not limited to excessive temperature (hot or cold), rain, or snow, ice, wind, or hail, narrow roads and routes without guard rails on the road. For the safety of our passengers and drivers during the months of December thru March we will only commit to provide service when we have access to the weather forecast for your requested day of service and decide we can proceed safely on your day of service. We will take your request, but take payment only after we decide the weather will permit us to serve you (only during December thru March). You are responsible for determining the departure time from your home, church, venue, etc. Once that time is agreed to in our contract the passenger(s) will be given a 10 minute grace period to board the vehicle and depart. Please do not “build in early arrival time” for us, if you do, you will be billed extra for that time at the current rate. Please do not anticipate our arrival time as we will leave early enough to arrive in time for your departure (under normal travel circumstances). We are not responsible for traffic delays or other circumstances beyond our control. TIME CHANGE REQUESTS WILL BE MADE IF POSSIBLE ONLY UP UNTIL THE WEEK BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION DATE. WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY TIME CHANGES ON YOUR EVENT DATE. HOWEVER, IF WE ARE ABLE TO, WE WILL ACCOMODATE AN EXTENSION OF TIME AT THE PREVAILING RATES (INCLUDING AFTER MIDNIGHT RATE AND PER DIEM ADDED CHARGES). ADDITIONAL CHARGES ACCRUE IF WE ARE DELAYED MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BEYOND OUR AGREED UPON DEPARTURE TIME WHETHER THE PASSENGER(S) DEPART ON TIME OR NOT. This is due to the fact that many events, especially weddings, run beyond the agreed upon departure time. (Paying extra for this is your responsibility, remember, YOU HIRED US to be ON THE JOB at your event, NOT AN INVITED GUEST at your event). Due to increased risk of operating our cars at night, we are contracting with you to bring you DIRECTLY FROM YOUR PICK UP LOCATION TO YOUR DROP OFF LOCATION. We cannot “drive you around” in any other manner. You are responsible for paying for the time it takes us to drive the vehicle to your first pick up from our location from the time it takes us to drive the vehicle from your last drop off back to our starting location. We bear no liability for vehicle break downs on the job, this is a risk you accept for using our antique and classic vehicles. If a breakdown occurs, you will need to find your own way to your destination We will need a major credit card on file to charge in case of overtime, extra charges damages or fines. By signing these terms and conditions of vehicle rental, you expressly consent to let us charge you for any overtime, extra charges, damages or fines when we close out your job. You are responsible for damages caused by you, the guests at your event, or the passengers you invite to ride along in the vehicle. Delays in departure, any wait time for any reason, or any other charges will be billed the same day/night at the close of your job at the reduced rate of $400 per hour up through midnight (except fines which will be billed per violation at the fine rate). If your job runs past midnight (including our return travel to our originating location), the hourly rate will be $600 per hour starting at midnight (even if you boarded and exited the vehicle before midnight) and a past midnight fee of $150 will also be added to your job when your job is closed out. Overtime and wait time is charged in quarter hour increments once you exceed the first 10 minutes of the agreed upon time stated and agreed to in the signed contract and at the stated rates and will be charged to the credit card on file immediately upon close out of your reservation. Please let your photographer, event planner, etc. know this in advance. Remember, this is your contract with us, not our contract with them! YOUR EVENT PLANNER IS NOT A PARTY TO YOUR CONTRACT WITH US AND HAS NO AUTHORITY TO DISCUSS OR CHANGE THE TERMS OF YOUR CONGTRACT WITH US. IF YOU RUN LATE OR HAVE US WAIT (FOR ANY REASON) EXTRA CHARGES WILL HAVE TO BE CHARGED BY US THE NIGHT OF YOUR EVENT. PLEASE TELL YOUR EVENT PLANNER TO KEEP THING ON SCHEDULE TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES. Your booking includes the car and the driver only. Additional or extended time will only be available if we have no other reservation conflicts with other clients before or after your scheduled job. Our drivers are not authorized to nor have the power to change the details of your contract, change your route, make additional stops, take additional passengers, or make change or collect payment (except for tip money). Once we leave, that ends our job with you, if we return (i.e.do “the arrival”, then leave and do “the departure”, or do a return trip) that will be considered a second and separate job subject to availability, minimum fees, hourly rates and travel charges. Please don’t ask us to leave your job and then come back later in an attempt to try and save money. We work by the hour to support our families, you need to be prepared to pay us to stay on your job, or let us serve someone else so we can continue to make money to support our families. If you need both an arrival and a departure, they need to be reserved and paid for together but will be considered two separate jobs. We will let you know if we can accommodate both reservations or only one of them for you. (Please let us know when you contact us if this is the case). We need to know if any sparklers, flames or pyrotechnic devices (fireworks) will be used on your job. Our insurance company gives us strict distance and safety guidelines to prevent injury to us, you, your guests and our vehicle (sparks and gas, and sparks and car paint jobs and fabrics don’t mix very well together). IF YOU HAVE SPARKLERS INVOLVED AT YOUR WEDDING YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR AS WELL AS YOUR GUESTS BEHAVIOR AND DAMAGES TO OUR CAR FROM YOUR OR THEIR USE OF SPARKLERS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF FLAMED DEVICE IN USE AT YOUR WEDDING/EVENT. Your guests need to stay at least 30 feet away from our vehicle AT ALL TIMES, especially if they are holding or using any kind of flame (sparklers, cigarette, cigar, lighter and such)  We cover all of North Carolina. Call us to see if we can service your area.

We endeavor to leave a time buffer between bookings and we run on a tight time schedule therefore we reserve the right to leave your event if you do not depart on schedule or are running late (and do not make payment arrangements with us for an extension of time). We will attempt to text the contact number you give us as the contact number for the day/night of your event as your departure time approaches. If we get no response, we will leave on schedule as agreed in your contract with us. When we send our text message(s), you will then have to make a choice to leave with us on time, agree to pay extra time charges or remain and provide for alternate transportation at your expense. You will not be refunded if you run late and we leave as a result.

We make every effort to ensure that our vehicle is in excellent condition both visually and mechanically through regular detailing and frequent servicing. It is a condition of our service that our drivers carry no money, make no change, and we accept no liability for: loss, injury, theft of your property or mechanical failure. If you leave your property inside the car, you do so at your own risk. Drivers do not have the authority to “watch your belongings” for you. Take your belongings with you each time you exit the vehicle. No monies will be refunded due to mechanical failure of the vehicle and you expressly release us from all related liabilities. The customer acknowledges that antique/classic cars are subject to an increased risk of breakdowns and mechanical failure and it is a condition of service that the customer accepts the responsibility for the risk in exchange for the aesthetic pleasure and photo opportunity that our antique/classic car provides.

Further to this, it is stipulated that our contract is not for the provision of leisure or entertainment and the antique electric accessories (if so equipped) are just props “for show” and may not be in working order. Since it is illegal to stand through the sunroof (if so equipped), it has been sealed and is just to let in extra light (should you choose). We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle if your vehicle is unable to safely perform your job. You expressly allow us to use pictures we take of you with our car(s) for social media and promotional purposes by agreeing to and signing these terms and conditions of vehicle rental. It is vital that you read and understand our terms and conditions before signing them and making a reservation. Thank you for choosing us to serve you on your special day.
